Child Safety & Child Abuse Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Wrenchlyy is designed for adult vehicle owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we take reports of child exploitation seriously.

Not intended for children

Wrenchlyy is a tool for adults to price automotive repairs and manage vehicle records. The Service is not directed to, nor knowingly collected from, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or use the Service.

No data collected from children

We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below and we will take steps to delete that information and, where applicable, remove the associated account.

Zero tolerance for child exploitation

Wrenchlyy has a zero-tolerance policy toward content that exploits or harms minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, or the sexualization of children. Any such content or behavior is prohibited, and we will remove it and act against the responsible account immediately upon discovery.

Reporting

If you encounter content or activity on Wrenchlyy that you believe involves the exploitation or abuse of a child, report it to us immediately through the in-app Account page so we can remove the material, preserve evidence, and notify the appropriate authorities.

You should also report suspected child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org or by calling 1-800-843-5678. In emergencies, contact your local law enforcement.

Legal compliance & law enforcement

We comply with applicable laws regarding child safety, including reporting obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and similar state laws. We cooperate with law-enforcement investigations involving child exploitation and may preserve and disclose information as required by law.

Enforcement of this policy

Violations of this policy may result in immediate and permanent account termination, removal of content, and referral to law enforcement. We may also take action to prevent the same person from creating new accounts.
