How we work to keep your account and vehicle information secure.
Authentication
Account access is managed through a hosted authentication platform that handles password hashing, sessions, and verification. We do not store plaintext passwords.
Data protection
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in access-controlled databases. Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel.
What you can do
Use a strong, unique password. Don't share your login. Avoid uploading images that contain sensitive information beyond the vehicle or document in question.
Incident reporting
If you believe your account has been compromised or you've found a security issue, contact us immediately from the in-app Account page so we can investigate.
