Wrenchlyy helps you understand whether a repair quote or invoice is fair. To do that, you tell us about your vehicle and your repair. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's used.
Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and login credentials managed by our authentication provider.
Vehicle information: the year, make, model, trim, engine, mileage, ZIP code, and optional VIN you enter for the vehicles you save.
Repair & quote data: descriptions of symptoms, photos you upload of dash lights or quotes/invoices, manually entered line items, shop names, and the verdicts our analysis produces.
Usage data: anonymized interactions (such as which features you use) to improve the product.
How we use your information
We use your data to generate fair-price estimates and quote audits tailored to your specific vehicle and location, to save your vehicles and check history, and to display your account information.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Photos & uploads
Photos you upload (of a symptom, dashboard light, quote, or invoice) are sent to AI services to analyze the contents. Avoid including sensitive personal information in uploaded images.
Data sharing
We share data only with service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, authentication, AI analysis, and analytics), under contracts that limit their use of it.
Your rights
You may view, edit, or delete your vehicles and check history at any time within the app. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
Children's privacy
Wrenchlyy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
