Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) & Platform Policies

Wrenchlyy maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content or conduct that sexually exploits or abuses minors. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation, trafficking, and the sexualization of anyone under 18. We prohibit such material and behavior throughout the Service and will act immediately upon discovery or report.

A violation of this policy is treated as a severe violation and may result in immediate account termination, content removal, preservation of evidence, and referral to law enforcement.

The Service is intended exclusively for adults. Users must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) to create an account or use features that require one.

• Account attestation: During registration, users represent that they are 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register.
• Targeting limitations: We do not market the Service to minors and do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
• Age-gated actions: Account-dependent features (messaging, document uploads, shareable content) are limited to registered adults.

You may not use Wrenchlyy to:

• Upload, post, transmit, or store any content that depicts or sexualizes a minor.
• Develop, maintain, or attempt a relationship of trust with a minor for sexual purposes (grooming).
• Solicit, recruit, or facilitate the exploitation or trafficking of any person under 18.
• Share links, payment details, or instructions that direct others to child exploitation material.
• Use the Service to coordinate unlawful contact with a minor.
• Re-upload, redistribute, or reference previously removed CSAE-related content.

We use a combination of measures to detect and remove prohibited content:

• User reporting: In-app tools let members report content directly from messages and profiles; reported items are surfaced for review.
• Human review: Reports of suspected CSAE are prioritized and reviewed by trained reviewers who can act on the content and account.
• Proactive signals: We monitor for indicators of abuse (repeat uploads, suspicious metadata, coordinated reporting patterns) and investigate accordingly.
• Retention of evidence: When CSAE-related content is identified, we preserve the material and relevant account data for reporting and law-enforcement purposes.

Wrenchlyy reports apparent child sexual abuse material and related exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and applicable state law.

To report suspected CSAE on Wrenchlyy, use the in-app report tool (where available) or email our team from the in-app Account page. We will act to remove the material, preserve evidence, and refer the matter to NCMEC and law enforcement as appropriate.

When a violation of this policy is confirmed, Wrenchlyy will take action that may include any of the following, alone or in combination:

• Immediate removal of the offending content.
• Immediate and permanent suspension of the responsible account.
• Blocking the person from creating new accounts, where technically feasible.
• Preservation and disclosure of account data to law enforcement as required by law.
• Referral to NCMEC and the relevant law-enforcement authority.

Support and educational resources for users and families:

• NCMEC: missingkids.org — reporting, prevention, and victim-support resources.
• Take It Down (NCMEC): takeitdown.ncmec.org — help removing online images/videos of exploitation.
• StopNCII.org: stopncii.org — tool for adults to remove non-consensual intimate images.
• Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline: 1-800-422-4453, childhelphotline.org.

This policy is maintained by Wrenchlyy's leadership and is publicly reviewed at least annually. Substantive changes are dated above and communicated to users. Questions about this policy may be directed to our team from the in-app Account page.

Wrenchlyy trains staff who review CSAE-related reports to recognize and handle such content responsibly. These standards apply globally and run alongside — not in place of — applicable local law.
